MOJO Academic is an initiative to allow the academic staff working in schools to submit work requests directly into our work order system.
Principals will still have the authority to review and approve all requests submitted by staff, but will also have the ability to review all outstanding work within their building. Operations is committed to providing a warm, safe, and clean building, and we encourage you to record for us any issue you encounter.
Each school will be allowed up to 5 ‘designees’ to enter work requests and up to 3 ‘approvers’ to review the submitted requests for approval. Principals are automatically assigned as an approver and not counted toward the 3.

How to Assign Designees in the RAD System
Once someone is assigned as a designee for their school, they will have the ability to add work requests into MOJO. They will also have the ability to make requests. All requests made by the designee require approve of the principal, their assigned approver (if identified), or the building engineer. We encourage the principal to discuss with the building engineer the method they prefer to employ.

Designees who can create work requests will be able to view their requests. The principal will be able to see all work requests for their building(s).
Please note that when a work request is handed off to the maintenance department, that the original request is completed and a new work request is created which includes all the original information, but includes additional information needed to correctly route the request to the appropriate personnel.
