- Go into the Building Operations Console.
- Select the Building, then click the More button and check the box on the bottom just before the 5. This will select Priority 5. All Blanket Work are coded as Priority 5. This priority should be used only for Blanket Work.
- Click Filter. Expand ‘Issued and In Process’ and you should see the 11 Blanket Work Orders for that building. You can ignore any Maintenance Blanket Work.
- Click on the Work Request number for the first Operations Blanket Work Order. This will open the work request.
- Scroll down to Craftpersons and click Add on the right side.
- In the input box next to Craftsperson Code, start typing in the last name of the BE you want to assign. The system will filter as you type or use the selection window (three dots). Use your mouse to select the name. You do not add any hours if just assigning them to WR.
- Click Save. Pop-up will close.
- You can now close the Work Request details window. You do not have to click Update Request, since you did not actually update the record, you added a record to an associated table.
- Go to the next work request and repeat steps #4-8.
